Prem Sagar : The Indian film and television industry is mourning the loss of Prem Sagar, son of the legendary filmmaker Ramanand Sagar, who created history with the iconic TV serial Ramayan. Prem Sagar, a well-known film and television producer as well as a cinematographer, passed away in Mumbai after prolonged illness. He was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital, but as his health deteriorated, doctors advised shifting him back home. Sadly, he breathed his last on Sunday morning.
His cremation is scheduled to take place at 3 pm today at Pawan Hans Crematorium, Juhu (Mumbai). Family, friends, and admirers of the Sagar family are expected to gather to pay their final respects to the filmmaker who carried forward the legacy of his father.
