CUET PG 2025: Big change in registration fee this year, know till when you can apply

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the application process for Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG 2025). Students wishing to take admission in post graduate courses in central universities and recognized institutions across the country can apply till the last date 2 February 2025. After the completion of the application process, candidates will also be given a chance to correct their application form after 3 February 2025. Through this process, students get a chance to correct the mistakes made in the application. Today in this article we will tell you about important information related to this.

Increase in application fee:

The application fee for CUET PG 2025 has been increased slightly as compared to last year. Now general category students will have to pay Rs 1400 for two test papers and Rs 700 separately for each additional test paper. For OBC/NCL and EWS category, the fee for two test papers has been fixed at Rs 1200 and Rs 600 per additional paper. SC/ST/Third Gender candidates will have to pay Rs 1100 for two test papers and Rs 600 per additional paper.

The fee hike encourages students to apply in a more systematic way so that the correct options can be selected while filling the form. If you make any mistake, you can correct it after 3 February 2025.

Exam Dates and Other Information:

CUET PG 2025 exam is going to be held between 13 March to 31 March 2025. This exam will be conducted at 321 exam centers across the country. The aim of the exam is to get students admitted to central, state, private and other recognized universities. This exam has been a very important entrance exam for undergraduate students for the last 3 years. Online applications have started from 2 January 2025 and the last date is 2 February 2025. Admit cards will be issued four to five days before the exam and the exam can be conducted between 13 March to 31 March 2025.

To prepare for the exam, students should study the syllabus thoroughly. Practice old question papers and take mock tests. One should also focus on time management and it is advisable to maintain confidence during the exam. This is a great opportunity for students to get admission in prestigious institutes across the country. All the candidates should apply on time and start their preparation.
