Under outsourcing, recruitments will be made for roles such as:

Transparent Recruitment Process
The UP government has assured that the recruitment process will be fully transparent and fair.
- Temporary posts will be filled through the Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC), direct recruitment, promotion, and deputation.
- Outsourced vacancies will be managed through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
