Note: It is advised not to perform major religious rituals, including Jalabhishek, during the Bhadra period, as it is considered inauspicious. Hence, devotees should plan their worship during the Brahma Muhurat or Pradosh Kaal.

Devotees can perform Jalabhishek and Shiv Puja during the following auspicious timings:

- Pradosh Kaal: Considered the most auspicious for Shivratri Puja.
- Night Four Prahar Puja Timings:
- First Prahar: 6:59 PM – 9:36 PM
- Second Prahar: 9:36 PM – 12:13 AM

After observing the full-day fast, devotees can break their fast (Parana) the next morning:
